LOCAL TO YOUR AGENT. GROUNDED IN YOUR WORK.

A better workflow starts here

Choose your environment and skill profile. Copy the instruction to your agent or use a supported local command. This website does not install or run anything on your computer.

01Choose your agent
02Confirm its environment
03Pick a skill profile
04Choose an installation method

Every choice requests an explicit profile. The installer’s no-profile default remains the 19-skill writing and review set.

AGENT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Read and follow https://github.com/Boom5426/Nature-Paper-Skills/blob/main/INSTALL.md. Install the full workflow (27 skills) for my local Codex environment on Linux, explicitly using --set all, and verify the same profile. Preserve existing skills and local changes. Report the installed path, count, preserved entries, doctor result and whether actual new-session discovery was tested. Do not install extra runtimes or switch environments without approval.

If the page cannot be read, use an available GitHub tool or git clone to retrieve main and read INSTALL.md from the repository root; do not substitute search snippets.

Documented Bash route; requires Python 3.9+, curl and tar for remote installation. Skill files do not install optional plotting or editing tools.

Then verify two different things.

The installed files, and whether your actual agent can discover and invoke the skill.

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Boom5426/Nature-Paper-Skills/main/install.sh | bash -s -- --agent codex --set all --doctor

File checks are not client discovery. Refresh or open a new Codex session, invoke $paper-workflow, then run the first-revision example.

Existing copies are preserved by the commands above. Preserved or locally modified skills can prevent the selected profile from being fully updated. The agent should report those entries instead of declaring complete success. Figure rendering and document editing also need their own working tools. Update & recovery guide ↗
